Beau Mitchell Corporation was subcontracted to perform the renovation work of the AFRC Administration Building at Grissom ARB, Peru, IN. BMC constructed new walls and acoustical ceilings, installed new doors, frames, and an exhaust fan louver. We also hired and managed the painting contractor to paint new and existing walls.

Duke Energy Lafayette 230 Substation Foundation Repair

Beau Mitchell Corporation was awarded the contract to replace concrete foundations on existing transformer towers in a live electrical substation. The project required BMC to temporarily support the electrical towers with designed and engineered ballast and sharing cables and rigging, while we excavated and jack hammered out the rotted concrete, then formed and poured new foundations with anchor bolts.

Beau Mitchell Corporation installed and built a new fuels control facility at Grissom ARB. The scope of the project included the construction of a new control building, tank farm retaining walls, concrete ramps and approaches. The project also entailed the removal and disposal of old underground tanks and the remediation of the surrounding soil.
